Nigel Croxford, MSc (Const. Law & Arb.), FCIOB, FCIArb

Nigel Croxford has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry.

As a project manager, Nigel has had responsibility for a wide range of construction projects including office fit-outs, hospitals, supermarkets, hotels, theatres, health centres, extracare housing, and speculative housing.

He was responsible for the project planning and coordination of the construction of the airport runways and taxiways for the new Hong Kong airport at Chek Lap Kok. He was also project manager for a major section of the fit-out of the Petronas Twin Towers, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nigel spent 6 years as an elected Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Building, and during this time, chaired the Institute’s Audit and Risk Committee, Investment Committee, and Technology Board. Prior to this, Nigel chaired the Institute’s Professional Conduct Committee for 10 years
