Trevor is a highly experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor, with over 40 years working in the construction industry.
He has considerable experience of major building and civil engineering projects, carried out under traditional, design and build,
construction management and management contracting procurement methods.
Significant experience has also been gained in working with one-off, bespoke Contract forms. He has enjoyed success in assisting
with advantageous commercial settlements to major disputes both formal and informal. The emphasis being on trying to achieve settlements
without the need for formal proceedings.
Trevor's background is in Main Contracting where he was engaged as Quantity Surveying Director for a major national Construction
company, before switching to Quantity Surveying Consultancy in 1993. He is also named as Adjudicator in a number of Sub-Contract agreements by certain
Main Contractors and has acted in this capacity on numerous occasions.
