Simon has over 30 years experience on projects ranging in construction value from £1.5 million to £44 million. His project experience has included both private development and Institutional buildings.

He has a good understanding of standard building contract forms including JCT Traditional and Design and Build, JCT IFC (on medium sized projects), NEC Engineering and Construction, GC Works on both Traditional and Design and Build forms, PPC 2000, Partnered Negotiated Contracts, JCT Management Contracting and Construction Mangement, and a wide range of bespoke form of Sub-Contract.

Simon also has a thorough understanding of the rights and remedies related to the casue and effect of delay and disruption on Construction projects.

His background in construction planning and his knowledge of Critical Path Analysis and related modern software applications, together with his varied technical and commercial experience, has had proven results in demonstrating entitlement for extensions of time and loss and expense on complex construction projects.
