Mark specialises in the valuation of variations, and the preparation and vetting of loss &/or expense claims. He also has extensive experience in carrying out valuations, whether they be in relation to disputes, or interim valuations to maximise cash flow for Sub-Contractors and Main Contractors alike. Furthermore he has been involved with helping clients through implementing systems to mitigate problems at site level during live Contracts, as well as assisting clients with revising their procurement procedures and documentation.

Mark has experience of both Mediation and Adjudication.
